The Dahlia twirl skirt provides that and more. Twirly circle skirt in 100% cotton, plus a tiny zipper purse that attaches at the waistband with elastic loops! Kids can store all kinds of treasures in their purse while they are wearing their skirt OR pop it off and attach the small shoulder strap (included) and wear it on it’s own! Parents can even borrow the purse and use it to carry a few cards and cash on errands.
