all in stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. custom items will ship within time as noted on each individual listing.

New, unused merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt, for exchange or shop credit only. Holiday gift purchases will be accepted until 1/10/2024.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
